JAPANESE KONJAC SPONGE PURE WHITE

First rinse and soak the dry Konjac sponge with warm water so that it softens and expands. The wet sponge will be approximately one and half size of the dry one. The first time you wet it, the sponge might take up to 15 minutes of soaking until it becomes soft. Soaking it with hot or warm water, instead of cold water, will make the sponge softer. Next, gently massage your face with the sponge, starting from the center of the face and extend outwards in an upward direction. This produces a lifting effect to the face. Alternatively, gently massage the face with the sponge in a circular motion. Avoid harsh rubbing on any acne areas and around the eye area. 

 

You can cleanse your face with the water-soaked sponge daily or every other day. You can also combine it with your favorite cleanser to make the sponge even softer, however a cleanser isn't needed.

 

After Use:  Rinse the sponge with clean water. Using clean hands, press the sponge gently in between palms to drain water out. DO NOT twist, stretch or press the sponge too hard, as this may damage the sponge. If you have long nails, be careful you don't squeeze or poke the sponge too hard, as this may tear the sponge and cause it to fall apart.

 

Hang the sponge in a well-ventilated area to dry it. Do not expose the sponge to direct sunlight, and do not leave the sponge in humid place or poorly ventilated place. The sponge can also be kept in a container and stored in the refrigerator.

 

Replace your Konjac sponge every 4-6 weeks for the best results. And the best part is it's 100% compostable and earth-friendly.
