​We believe that true HEALTH is true to you. The food you put in your body changes everything.  As your daily diet changes, your body changes and your happiness improves. Imagine what your life would be like if you had clear thinking, energy and excitement every day.

 

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, we will guide you through the process of finding foods that supports your well-being at a physical, emotional and a soulful level. 

 

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

OUR APPROACH

All the areas in our lives are connected, from job stress to eating habits to emotional states and physical exercise. Our approach is HOLISTIC, meaning we treat each part of you with an awareness of how it will affect you as a whole. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? A deeper understanding of how these factors work together will lead to deeper, longer-lasting results.

Each person has their own nutritional needs. It’s easy to generalize that dairy is good for you and fat is unhealthy, but that wouldn’t be true to you. Let’s embrace your bio-individuality to find a nutritional plan customized to your skin and body’s needs.

Food is not the only source of nourishment in our lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice all play an important part. When these primary forms of sustenance are balanced, food becomes secondary. My goal is to help you find true nourishment in every aspect of your life.

MY TRAINING

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in HOLISTIC NUTRITION, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®. Based in New York City, Integrative Nutrition® is the largest nutrition school in the world. The school offers the world's leading Health Coach Training Program™ and teaches over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and cutting-edge coaching methods.
