Our customers can always return unopened products that are intact in original condition to us within 12 days of the purchase. Email HELLOSKINFITNESS@PAMELABONDINC.COM and we’ll work with you to either give you store credit or simply return your item(s).
All products returned must be in an unused and saleable condition, otherwise, credit will be issued. No refunds or exchanges will be given on promotional items or on items that are substantially used. Purchases originally made in cash will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To verify that your return is refundable and/or to process your return please call 1.305.663.5775 T-F 10am-5pm EST or email us at HELLOSKINFITNESS@PAMELABONDINC.COM.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit. In the event, we receive a damaged item we will contact you.
To return your product, you will receive a shipping address upon your return approval . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
